Earlier in her career, she worked on an institutional equity sales and trading desk, where she was highly client-focused and sales-driven, supporting investor relationships and delivering market intelligence to institutional clients. Stephanie brings a sharp, analytical foundation to Genesee’s creative edge. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Stephanie is passionate about leveraging AI and cultivating strong client relationships across diverse markets.

Zaira has built her career at the intersection of strategy, culture, and data - driving growth and shaping how brands show up in the world. Zaira has held key roles at companies committed to serving underrepresented communities, helping develop brand positioning and campaigns that are culturally relevant and business-driven.
